We visited Michael’s Flooring & Cabinets, a trusted local specialist, to choose the new flooring palette options for our Client, and buyers will notice.

• A big step forward today for our Waterloo Lake House. Finalized floor color options for the sunroom with Michael’s flooring team.

If everything stays on track, we’ll be list-ready in about a week. Timelines can shift slightly with contractor schedules, but we’re almost there.
